The World Resources Institute (WRI) is developing new standards for measuring and reporting the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) from manufacturers’ supply chains, which sources involved in the effort say could eventually be adopted by EPA as part of its voluntary emissions reporting program.
